USAM was born in the year 1990. This was the result of a few Engineers who saw unlimited opportunity in the field of IT which was a fledgling industry then. From a modest background of a CAD Service center occupying 200 Sq. Ft. of space USAM has grown to 200 member organization occupying over 12000 Sq. Ft. of office space.
After consolidating itself in Chennai which was a major IT hub then it forayed into Coimbatore and later on to Trichy. It remained a predominantly Tamil Nadu centric player but however, its hunger for growth and aspirations took it across the border to Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. It has established its offices in Tada and Hyderabad respectively with a view to offering the same quality of products and services as in Tamil Nadu.
USAM witnessed exponential growth after signing up with HP for IT Hardware and Autodesk for Engineering Software. We have won several accolades and awards from our Principals for not only the volume of business done but also the quality of business done.
We have established a service Centre to cater to our customers and have been operating on a very low TAT. Our belief in offering solutions to our customer’s rather selling products has aided us to earn the trust of all our customers.
Our early adoption of technology and systems has enabled us to provide customer delight.
We are an ISO 2001 certified company and to us, this means that we have a well-defined process in place which in turn helps us service our customers’ needs better than their expectation levels.
