Job title: Application Engineer

Job Description:

1. The Application Engineer will consistently demonstrate with clients at a business-to-business level.

2. Identify and provide solutions that fulfill the business and technical needs of customers

3. Support the sales team in a pre-sales demonstration and presenting the Autodesk solutions

4. Conduct customized training (fundamentals to advanced level)

5. Develop web-based (quick starts and just-in time) training.

6. Provide telephone, online, virtual, and on-site technical support

7. Provide technical product assistance to both inside and outside sales representatives in the development and closing of sales opportunities

8. Pre-sales: Qualifying Process, Technical audits, Needs assessment, Training assessment,Pre- sales presentations.

9. Technical Alignment: Development Process to gain a competitive advantage to set technical alignment and expectations, to remove technical obstacles.

10. Post-sales: Retention & Referral Process in training, technical support and consulting services.
